We are looking for a highly tech-savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is not only driven by technology but also eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing space. You will be working closely with our team on various projects, including setting up and managing Facebook ads, automating workflows in Monday.com, and using GoHighLevel for our business and client accounts.
Previous experience is HIGHLY preferred. The more the better.
Full time position
$500/month salary
Monday to Friday
Working hours are 9am - 5pm
We expect you to be available for zoom calls, any work, throughout your shift
During your shift, you can't work on other projects, if you're work is done then we do training or find other tasks
We're not a freelancing client, this is a full time position, with full time expectactions.
Vacations and days off are covered by the company
We're a small and growing team
English speaking and writing 10/10 is required.
Qualifications
Proven experience with Facebook Ads, including basic setup, management, and optimization.
Familiarity with Monday.com, Asana, Motion, or similar project management software and experience setting up boards, automations, and integrations.
Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Previous experience in digital marketing or a tech-related role is a plus.
